Terms of Service

This agreement contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies. 

OVERVIEW 

This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into by and between Sarah Rider Interiors Limited, registered address Chartham House, 25 Surrey View, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 3NF and Samme Allen of 3 The Rushets, East Grinstead, West Sussex and is made effective as of 04/04/23.

This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of services provided by Sarah Rider Interiors Limited as well as any products and or services purchased or accessed via the company website. 

ELIGIBILITY

The services are available only to those able form legally binding contracts under applicable law.  By using the services, you represent and warrant that you are (i) at least 18 years of age, (ii) otherwise recognised as being able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law and (iii) are not a person barred from purchasing or receiving the services found under the laws of the United Kingdom.

DISCONTINUED SERVICES 

Company reserves the right to cease offering or providing any of the services at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice. 

FEES AND PAYMENTS 

You acknowledge and agree that your payment will be charged and processed by Sarah Rider Interiors. 

You agree to pay any and all fees due for services purchased or obtained at the time your order the Services. 

Company expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted in writing or online at the Company website.  They may be effective immediately and without need for further notice to you. 

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom to the exclusion of conflict of law rules. 

THIRD PARTIES

Sarah Rider Interiors is not responsible for information made available from Service Providers or Suppliers.  The Company does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or materials purchased or obtained via a third party will meet your expectations. The Company provides access to Service Providers and Suppliers without warranties, conditions or endorsements and holds no liability arising from or relating to your use of them. 

Complaints and claims relating to third-party products and/or services should be directed to the third-party.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company collects personal information for Company use only and protects your information in line with current UK GDPR Guidelines. 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sarah Rider Interiors Limited and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, sub-contractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of The Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms Of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service supersede any prior agreement, communication and proposal, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
